Snook

Snook fishing is a very popular type of fishing all over Florida. The difference between fishing in the keys and fishing in most other areas of Florida is the ability to sight cast these fish. Though there are many areas that you can soak baits and catch snook, Florida Bay offers great sight fishing opportunities. When I talk about sight casting snook, I'm not referring to fishing in lights at night. Instead, these fish lay up on the flats and feed on passing bait. This allows anglers to throw artificial baits or pitch flies at these fish.
